The March 2024 Meeting of the Ft. Smith Area Amatuer Radio Club was called to order @ 7:11 pm on March 18th, 2024 by Club President Dennis Robinson. There were 12 Members present.
The Minutes were posted on the Club Website, Motion to approve was made and seconded and Minutes were approved.
The Treasurer’s Report was presented by John Annis, Motion was made to approve the Report, Motion was Seconded and it was approved unanimously.
Repeater Report – at the present time the Repeater is only working @ about 20 watts at the present time, will be worked on as time permits.
Old Business – NONE
New Business – Discussion about the Solar Eclipse and the crowds that will be gathering in this area. Also the Hamfest at Claremore April 10 th& 11th was discussed.
Motion to Adjourn was made @ 7:42 pm and was approved unanimously.
