Minutes of the Fort Smith Amateur Radio Club July 2020
The Monthly Meeting of the FSAARC for the Month of July was held via telephone conference call due to the COVID-19 Situation. It was attended by 11 Members of the Club, K5CKS, WC5SR,W5OFN, KI7AY, N5JVC, W5JE, W5SJ, K5JUC & W5O.
Minutes from the Previous Phone Meeting were Posted on the Website, Motion was made by K5GOL to approve them as posted, seconded by KI7AY and approved Unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report was presented: Beginning Balance 2345.66
Deposit 131.61
ELEC Bill 47.00
Ending Balance 2430.17
Motion by KI7AY to approve as Presented, Seconded by K5JMB, Motion was approved unanimously.
Repeater Report: Jerry Tucker’s Repeaters are both down to due to Storm Damage, Club Repeater on Cavanal is OK.
OLD BUSINESS: Prizes that were purchased for our Hamfest were discussed, still planning on having Hamfest later in the year, decided to table any action on the Prizes Purchased until the November Meeting. Motion by KI7AY, seconded by K5JMB, Motion approved Unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS: NONE
