Minutes of the Fort Smith Amateur Radio Club September 2020
Meeting was called to order by Rory Bowers, Club President @ 7:13 pm, a Quorum was present via phone.
Meeting Minutes from the last meeting were posted on the Club Webpage, Motion was made to approve the Minutes as Posted, Motion was APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
John Annis Club President presented the Treasurer’s Report as follows:
Beginning Balance: $2256.22
Receipts: 48.30 PayPal
Paid Out: 52.00 Electric Bill
Ending Balance: $2252:22
Motion was made to approve the Treasurer’s Report as presented, Motion was Seconded and the Motion was Approved.
REPEATER COMMITTEE REPORT:
Lightning Strike hit Jerry Tucker’s Repeaters, they were repaired and are now back in Service.

The Raffle to sell the items that were originally purchased for the HAMFEST was Discussed.
Mike Bell made a Motion to Adjourn the Meeting and it was approved unanimously.
