MEETING MINUTES
NOVEMBER 15, 2021
Meeting called to order @ 7:08 pm by President Rory Bowers.
Minutes from previous meeting were posted on the FSAARC Website, Motion to Approve Minutes by Jim Darrough KI7AY and seconded by John Annis WO0OOO, Motion was approved unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report was Presented by John Annis Club Treasurer as follows:
Beginning Balance 9,195.24
Deposits

Dues 50.00
Paid Out
Electric Bill 47.00
Misc (operating expense 80.03
Ending Balance 9,378.13
Motion to approve the Treasurer’s Report by Jim Darrough KI7AY, seconded by Wayne Johnson W5OFN, motion was approved unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Discussion to Purchase Heliax for the Computer Site was Tabled until the next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS:
Discussion to purchase Internet Service at the Repeater Site, Installation Cost of $125.00 and Monthly rate of $75.00 per month. Motion by Jim Darrough KI7AY to Purchase this, motion Seconded by Dennis Robinson WX5DR, Motion was approved unanimously.
Nominations of Officers for FSAARC for 2022 was as follows:
President: Jim Weaver
Vice President: Dennis Robinson
Secretary: Steve Rutherford
Treasurer: John Annis
Steve Rutherford WC5SR asked the Club if it would be OK, for the Club to do a Special One-Time Testing Session at the Hospital in Sallisaw, Ok mainly for the employees there who are wanting test for their license for the hospital. After Discussion this Motion was approved by Consensus.
A Presentation of the New FSAARC Website was presented.
